My thoughts
Ooh, I can’t express how drawn in I was by this book. It was so immersive I have no idea where the time went. The Verity chapters were enthralling and the complexity of her character had me thinking all sorts.
This is a book that delves deep. It’s gave me the chills too. How Lowen stayed in that house was beyond me. I literally devoured the pages over two settings and I can’t recommend this book enough.
If you love psychological thrillers, this isn’t a book to be missed. It’s a master of its genre. Truly spellbinding!
