My thoughts
This is a slasher of an episode! What a sinister perpetrator. The killer in this book will almost certainly give a scare to any reader, and the shocks – they’re aplenty.
As always, I enjoyed the familiarity of the police team, especially Sara and Carla. I loved how their personal stories continued to develop throughout this novel. I always say how much I look forward to Lorraine’s scenes too and I was pleased that she had so much input.
This book is probably one of the most chilling of the series to date. I won’t say why as the spoilers would ruin the story. I felt for the team; big time. If you love a serial killer thriller with a huge helping of the macabre, then ‘I Can See You’ offers all that in abundance!
