My thoughts
I loved this explosive book in the DI Sara Ramsey series. It was proper edge of your seat thriller. As for the murders, they were totally heartless and gruesome. This really had me rooting for Sara and Carla as they raced against the clock to solve the case.
Amongst other things, there were complications which just added to the drama. I always enjoy following Sara’s personal life too. Seeing her character developing is a delight to read. I always say this in my reviews of this series but I’m always keen to read the scenes between Sara and Carla, and the scenes between them and Lorraine. The banter between them is spot on and really draws me in.
‘Indefensible’ is definitely another winner in the series. It can be read as a standalone but I did enjoy knowing a bit about their pasts and some of it was relevant to the current storyline. I feel it’s always best to read the books in order but the storyline does conclude. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to read this one and not the last one.
Another fantastic addition to the series. Action packed and fast moving. If you enjoy crime and murder books then Indefensible is a fab read in that genre!
